About Us
Optimum Solutions was established in the year 2000 by Syed Arshad Ali. In the early years, the firm focussed largely on system integration and network implementation. Our min aim was to provide simple, prompt and sincere service and solution to small, medium and large businesses as well as the Home User. We are a small team and we pride ourselves on our dedicated customer service and support almost like offering our clients a virtual computer department in their office, factory or homes.
In the years since our birth, we have expanded to a large foray of activities - Server Administration, Custom Application Development, Training, Hosting services, Webbased applications, SEO services, Network Security, Remote Surveillance and Security. Over the years we have worked with leading brands and offered solutions that has been widely appreciated by our clients and the industry. BUILD
Getting the right tools for the job makes a big difference. Every system we build is considered and tailored to the needs of our customers. We don’t believe in selling you a sledge hammer to knock in a hook, but we’ll also never sell you an under powered machine or something with a short shelf life. We only use top quality brand components and all our systems are rigorously tested prior to delivery & installation.
INSTALL
We can install systems, big or small, from scratch or if suitable, we can integrate with existing systems. Either way our engineers are smart, can handle multiple platforms like Linux, Mac or MS Windows, on-time, professional, competent, and discreet. We’ll work to a time that’s suitable with you for the minimum of disruption.
MAINTAIN
Maintaining your system is our main priority. Regular visits from our engineers means your system will stay right up-to-date, ‘healthy’ and performing well. Maintenance visits are flexible and can be set up as little or as often as you like and can include scheduled work. In fact, thanks to remote access, most software related issues can be resolved remotely with little or no fuss.
